Set up the Playback Plug-InsSet up Media Center for the First Time
When you first install Media Center, you will be asked to Import Media Files (if you had a previous version of Media Jukebox, your library will be converted to the Media Center format, and a backup of your original files will be created. See Upgrading from Media Jukebox v8.). To fully enjoy Media Center, it is recommended that you import your files, although this is not required. While you can always play non-imported files, there are so many more things you can do with the files you import.
