Check For Updates

To ensure you always have the latest version of the program and plug-ins, check for updates on a regular basis.

There are two ways you can check for updates: you can do it manually or you can set Media Center to do it automatically.

To manually check for updates:

Go to Help | Check for Updates; or

•

Press Ctrl+J from anywhere in Media Center.

To have Media Center automatically check for updates:

•

Go to Tools | Options | Startup Settings and add a check mark next to “Check for updates every x day(s)” where x is a number you input.

Note that you have to be connected to the Internet to check for updates.
