Content Pane

 

The context-sensitive content pane is where you will spend most of your time editing, sorting, and playing files. It displays different things, depending on what you select in the organization tree.

Top: Visualization or Track Info Pages (you can hide Visualization/Track Info Pages by dragging the splitter bar to the top).
Middle: Playing Now splitter bar.
Bottom: list or thumnails of all currently playing and queued files

 

Right: File Properties Window..

 

Find CD

 

A web page displaying links to on-line shopping.

 

Artist Info

 

The All Music Guide (AMG) web page most closely matching the currently playing song.

 

Media Library

 

The Search bar, and a list of all your files. (tips: 1) to sort your files, click on the column header; 2) to view all files in your library, make sure the Search bar is empty).

 

Any item under
Media Library

 

A list of all relevant files.

 

Playlists

 

The Search bar, and a list or thumbnails of all your files.

 

Any item under Playlists

 

A list or thumnails of all files within the Playlist Group or Playlist.

 

CD, DVD, & Handhelds

 

Select a Device, and see a list of all files on that device..

 

My Computer

 

A list of files in the selected directory or folder .

 

TV Tuner

 

A channel selector and display box.

 

Web Media

 

A web page with “find station”, “featured stations” and “my stations”.
